Carl Frank Freis (ASID), a native Texan who has been a West Village resident for 25 years, has always sought innovative expression. Following careers in Finance (MBA) and Advertising, Carl mixes both his analytic/project management skills and creative dexterity in his approach to interior design. He graduated with highest honors from the New York School of Interior Design and worked for two of the top-50 design firms in Manhattan before forming frank design.
